SHIPPING
All artworks by Solange Pinault are shipped from Bilbao, Spain, with professional packaging and transit insurance.
· Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands): €50 — delivery in 5-8 business days
· European Union: €100 — delivery in 5-8 business days
Once payment is received, the team carefully prepares the artwork and provides a tracking number via email. The artworks are shipped protected, with all-risk insurance during transit to the address indicated in the order.
RETURNS
Each artwork is a unique piece, mixed media and collage on paper, signed by the artist. Due to this nature, returns are accepted only in the following cases:
· The artwork arrived damaged during shipping
· The artwork does not correspond to the order placed
If the received artwork shows damage, it is essential to contact galerie@solangepinault.com within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt, attaching photographs documenting the damage. After verification, replacement, repair, or refund will be arranged as appropriate.
Returned artworks must arrive in their original packaging. Return shipping and insurance costs are borne by the buyer, except when the cause is attributable to the gallery.
